How do I get an invoice for a company or association?

What is the delivery time of my order after validation of payment?

After validation of the payment, we promise that your package will be delivered within 5 to 8 working days. 

Our delivery providers undertake to respect the delivery deadlines. Produits De Vie cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by our service providers.

 

Does Balm of Life apply to suede?

Yes you can apply it on suede and nubuck of dark color in order to give color to your support if it is bleached. It is important to pet the suede having previously removed the excess product if there is too much on the sponge.

Always try on a small non-visible part before making the whole article.

How do I return my item? 

From the day of receipt of the product, you have 14 days to return the product that does not suit you.
The product will be exchanged or refunded once received at our premises. The product must be returned in the original condition and neither used or deteriorated otherwise it will not be taken back. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the return of the item to Products Of Life must imperatively be made by colissimo followed or recommended.
